Vision For Change Foundation was founded in 2019, with the aim to empower communities by providing them with the tools and resources needed to drive their own development and shape their future. Through capacity building initiatives, extensive research, and proactive engagement such as Participatory learning and Action, dialogue, lobbying, and advocacy, we aim to ensure that every individual has the opportunity to lead a dignified and self-actualized life.
We believe in the power of information and the importance of documentation and information management to facilitate informed decision-making and sustainable growth. Additionally, we support livelihood diversification and the adoption of appropriate technologies to enhance the quality of life within communities.
By working together with communities and fostering a spirit of collaboration, we strive to create positive and lasting change that uplifts individuals and empowers them to reach their full potential.
Our core values at VFCF are based on operational principles that guide our relationships with society, including beneficiaries, the community, staff, partners, other organizations, and the government. Our attitude is influenced by these principles, instilling the confidence to make a difference in the world in a way that VFCF deems impactful and effective. This also involves taking responsibility for social and physical conditions beyond our immediate reach.

With more than 15 years of experience in the humanitarian and development field, as well as expertise in Board Leadership, life, leadership, and business coaching, I have held diverse roles within the Humanitarian Sector nationally and internationally. These roles include serving as a program coordinator, project manager, Monitoring and Evaluation officer, liaison officer, and other technical capacities. Currently, I hold the position of Board President at the International Institute of Global Leadership (USA) and Vice Chairperson at the Kenya Youth for Christ Nairobi Chapter (Kenya), along with other leadership roles on various boards.
Drawing from my background in humanitarian work, development, and coaching, I founded Vision for Change Foundation. The initiatives within the foundation stems from my passion, experiences, and the aspiration to empower individuals to lead dignified and self-fulfilling lives, irrespective of their circumstances.
In a world where opportunities are not always distributed equally, I strive to be a beacon of hope and a catalyst for positive change. I firmly believed that with the right guidance and support, every individual could rewrite their story and create a future filled with boundless possibilities.
